How long does shipping take?

We make every product specific for our customers. Processing and creation time is around 2-3 business days with an additional 7-12 business days for shipping.

Do you accept returns?

We currently do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless the item was defective or wrong.

In case of a defective or wrong item, please contact customer service via our "contact us" page within 30 days of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the issue. After verification, we will issue you a full refund.
What is the best care for my items?

Wash all products inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, rub, or wring. Wash with like-colored garments. Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature(max 30℃ or 90℉).
How do the items fit?

Our products are oversized fit. If you do not want an oversized fit we would recommend sizing down one.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Novi accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Can you convert form USD to a different currency?
